JUNIORS

In the event that a team does not have 5 players to take the court they must notify the Association with as much notice as possible. The available players are still expected to attend at the relevant game time and additional players will be used from other age groups, which will result in a scratch match. Both teams will be responsible for payment of their regular match fees. In the event of a game not taking place at the scheduled time the offending team will by fined accordingly by the Association.

SENIORS

In the event that a team does not have 5 players to take the court they must notify the Association 48 hours prior to the match time of its intent to forfeit, then no penalty will be imposed. If a team notifies the Association of its intent to forfeit less than 24 hours before the match time, the penalty imposed will be equal to the match fees of two teams.
